Serena Group is completing the supply of furniture for a private villa in the city of Karaganda, Kazachstan.
It’s a complex project, still in the making, but we have already started to manufacture the customised sofa sets.
Author of the project is our partner, interior designer Mejrzhan Uzhupbekov of “Mago” design studio.
For its new house the client wished to have a series of sofas, each of them specifically meant for a particular room and a particular member of a large family.
“Mago” designed for him sofas and poufs, paying particular attention to the seat depth, back heights and armrests width.
For the actual production of the sofas we selected an artisan manufacturer of our territory. We then organised for the designer and the client a visit to the factory workshop.
We worked closely with the designer, the client and the artisan in order to refine every detail: size, coverings, and even customised cushions density! The client could actually see, touch and try out everything before confirming his order.
The sofas are now ready at the factory workshop, and here are the first pictures of the produced pieces:
